Statement Of Warranty

Canvas Eyewear warrants our sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an Authorized Canvas Eyewear Dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

Any alteration, misuse, abuse, repairs, adjustments, negligence, modification, tampering, or improper maintenance of the product will void this warranty. The customer's exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined solely by Canvas Eyewear. In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship, additional repair charges may apply.
